Join our Team

We are seeking to contract passionate Licensed Professional Counselors through our therapy practice. While partnering with Compass, you will meet with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues. You may work with clients who have substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, or other challenges.

*** Please note: It can take months, up to a year, to be fully credentialed with all insurance companies. This position will start out part time for the first few months while in the process of being credentialed.

 

Pay will be a percentage of all bills that are paid by insurance and EAP companies, as well as copays collected.
