Wellness Retreat

Life happens to all of us.  But for some, life has been a little harder; and at times, unfair.  Unhealthy  relationships, unforeseen hardships and unspoken traumatic experiences has caused our outlook about life to shift.  We become hardened, unemotional, cling to dangerous habits and people and drift aimlessly from one day to the next.  This retreat focuses on working through these life altering experiences in order to create a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment.
